Absolutely. At Luxaretto, we prioritize authenticity. Each item undergoes a rigorous multi-step authentication process with reputable third-party experts. Our authenticity guarantee is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If your item does not match its description upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days to discuss possible resolutions.

Do you collaborate with influencers?
Yes! If you’re interested in collaborating, please send your proposal to info@luxaretto.com.

CONSIGNMENT

How can I submit an item for consignment?
Submit your item by sending an email to info@luxaretto.com.

What happens if my item is found inauthentic?
There is a $200 fee for inauthentic items.

When will I be paid for my sold item?
Payments are issued within 30 days after the item has been sold.

What currency is used for quotes?
All quotes are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Can international sellers consign with Luxaretto?
Yes! Payouts for international sellers will be made via PayPal.

How do I get my items to Luxaretto?
Once your consignment request is accepted, you can ship your item to our Toronto office.
